For 15 years, John Mueller has been working with technology companies and technologists to commercialize new products and develop new applications of their technologies. He specializes in developing business and financial models, planning and implementation, process improvement and automation and frequently participates in their execution and implementation. He maintains an extensive network of technologies, inventors, scientists, engineers, business management professionals and other business resources that can be drawn from to develop and execute projects that combine innovative concepts with traditional best practices.

Mr. Mueller has brought those talents together with the energy-related technologies he has worked with and his resources and relationships to create and execute the EcoSocio Energy Solutions business model.

Rick Dove

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Dove graduated from Purdue University in 1986. His undergraduate studies were focused in Business and Hospitality Management and included two years at the prestigious Krannert School of Management in their Industrial Management program. After graduation he spent more than a decade as an Operations Leader consistently developing high-performance management teams that produced record breaking financial results in the hospitality industry. He was recognized for his extraordinary management development results and as an out-of-the-box creative thinker, problem solver and financial performance leader.

Michael Walden

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Walden has over 40 years experience in all aspects of developing, commercializing and manufacturing technology based products and systems. He began his technology career in the early 1960's learning the patenting process from an attorney who was responsible for crafting many of the patent laws and regulations adopted by the US government and US Patent Office. During his service in the US Navy, his rating was in electrical and electronics systems. From this technical foundation, Mr. Walden created MacroLabs, Inc.

Norm Russick

Funding & Finance Manager

Mr. Russick is very involved in the "Green Movement" and alternative energy solutions. His specialties include Wind and Solar Power, Bio-Diesel, and several Off-Grid power generating technologies. Another area of specialty includes bio-remediation of contaminated soils using all-natural solutions.

Tom Sarnelli

Tom Sarnelli is the owner and founder of Morris Park Electric. Tom has been in engaged in the electrical business since 1989. He first started off as an electrician's apprentice in New York City. Tom was born in New York City and raised in the North East Section of the Bronx called: Morris Park. Hence, he named the company after the area in which he grew up. Tom attended New York Institute of Technology where he studied electrical engineering from 1990 until 1993. He studied electrical application and installation through the Union JATC.

Frank Peek

Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

Mr. Peek has over 30 years of experience in new and emerging technologies development, operations and sales. He began his career owning retail audio stores located in San Jose, Ca. He jumped into the high tech world of Silicon Valley in the late 70's. He owned and operated a successful semiconductor distribution company and dealt with many of the largest OEM's in the United States and abroad. Mr. Peek eventually migrated to manufacturing where he was able to secure large contracts with several Tier 1 OEM's.

Chris Mueller

Chris Mueller is the brother of John Mueller, two years junior. Mr. Mueller has over 25 years accounting, auditing and financial analysis experience working for corporations in the utiloity sector including AT&T, Browning Ferris Industries (BFI Waste Management), Danka, Direct TV Latin America and as a private consultant. His areas of expertise include forensic accounting, SAP & Oracle design, implementation and operation, public company financials and SEC filings, and developing financial systems and procedures. Mr. Mueller provides cost segregation, energy, utility and tax audit services to large companies and businesses.

John DeMaria combines substantial expertise in commercialization strategy with deep knowledge of enterprise business intelligence solutions. He is President of Pythia, Inc., a strategic software company that powers organizations to win in the most complex scenarios by innovating the way they create strategy and inspire new thinking. Pythia creates immersive strategic decision making constructs and customer behavior simulations that connect data, insight and action.

Mark Rubino

Workforce Strategies

A graduate of the Florida State University School of Business, Mr. Rubino is a ten-year veteran of the United States Air Force who served during the Gulf War before moving to Birmingham in 1995. What brought Mark to Birmingham was a corporate position with Enterprise Leasing where he would develop fleet management solutions for companies like Asplundh Tree Expert and The Southern Company. What brought Birmingham to Mark was a groundswell of community concerns in need of creative solutions.
